And last but not least the schools! Whether or not you have kids or are even planning on having them, keeping in mind the quality of the schools in your area is an incredibly important factor to consider when you’re planning on buying in a new neighborhood! The state of the schools can give you so much information about the neighborhood you’re considering living in.
